How Does This Work?
Click HERE to submit a request for service. BrazenVenus designers will contact you with questions about
your desires for your site design. Based on those desires a front page design mock will be drafted for you to
view. You will review the design and decide then if you would like to continue with your order. A payment
invoice will be sent and once paid a designer will contact you for edit requests and begin the site production.
How long does it take?
Site publish ETAs vary according to 1) size of site 2) edits requested 3) speed of payment 4) speed at which
client provides text and materials for site construction. Your site's personal estimated ETA will be included
with the final work bid. Our site production is normally weeks - not months.
Do you host the site for me? What about the domain (URL)?
At this time, BrazenVenus does not offer site hosting or domain registration. However, our technicians will be
happy to assist you in choosing a host/domain registrar that will best suit your needs.
I've already approved the site design and made my payment, but I want to add a new feature to my site.
How do I do that?
Contact us as soon as possible via e-mail. Include the feature/edit you would like. A technician will contact
you within 48 business hours to confirm the change and inform you of additional costs for the change (if any).
Can you maintain my site once it is published?
BrazenVenus offers both hourly maintenance (at $25 per hour - 1 hour minimum) or a 30 day unlimited*
maintenance package for $250. Post-publish maintenance is not required.
I've already used all the included Passes (design/programming edits) for my bid, but I need something
else changed.
Passes (design/programming edits) outside of the number included in your bid are charged at the $25 per
hour rate with 1 hour minimum charge.
I don't need a Design Package. Can I get 1 or 2 pages?
Yes. There is a $250 design fee for the first page and $150 for each additional page.
You can use the Custom Quote form to request a custom bid.
My site is down / videos load slowly / server isn't responding! Can you help me?
Unfortunately we can not assist in technical issues concerning any outside hosting company, domain
registrar, or outside feature (such as PayPal, outside hosted blogs, etc) Please contact the company
responsible for the feature.
I already have a site - but I really need a new look. Do you offer redesign of existing sites?
