Terms and Conditions
1. BrazenVenus reserves the right to refuse service to any business and/or person at any time unless
contracted. At the completion of any existing contract, BrazenVenus reserves the right to refuse any contract
extension. If a client site is found to be participating in illegal or deceitful practices any written or verbal
contract BrazenVenus holds with client will become null and void.
2. Contracts for PAID services are available via fax and/or ground mail. Contracts must be requested via
e-mail within 48 hours of service payment.
3. BrazenVenus reserves the right to extend the estimated publish date of a site including but not limited to
the following instances:
- client fails to provide requested site materials in a timely fashion
- client fails to provide payment
- client delays edit requests and/or requests more edits than originally specified in bid
- acts of nature which prevent office operation and/or natural disaster
4. ALL SERVICES REQUIRE PAYMENT IN FULL AT THE TIME OF ORDER.
5. Client will not remove the BrazenVenus name and/or link without prior written notice being sent to
BrazenVenus at admin@brazenvenus.com. Removal of the BrazenVenus name and/or link releases
BrazenVenus from any further responsibility for programming, design, or general site maintenance.
BrazenVenus reserves the right to use BrazenVenus designed site images and/or links for promotional
purposes and/or portfolio display.
6. Maintenance requests are completed within 2 - 3 business days.
7. BrazenVenus reserves the right to edit, remove, or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time.
